Seth Vanek - Lead Program Officer and Board Member
Seth Vanek is a musician and sound engineer as well as the Artistic Director of Homeroom. He performs with the bands Roommate, Thin Hymns, Velvetron and TCB (the tiny cover band). He received a 2008 CAAP grant for sound design and music. During the day, he is the Circulation Manager at the Ryerson and Burnham Libraries at the Art Institute of Chicago. Aaron Rodgers - Executive Director
Aaron Rodgers began his work with Chicago’s artistic community in 2002 when he founded the Ice Factory with Seth Vanek and Sean Parker. During this time, Aaron programmed over 100 shows, released 20 albums on the house label (FP Records) and managed bands. After the closing of the Ice Factory in 2007, Aaron looked continue the high level of programming he was involved with, and then formed Homeroom with Steve Steim.
Professionally, Aaron has been working in futures industry for the last 7 years, and is currently a Euro Currency trader.

Colin Palombi - Curator
Colin Palombi is a print-maker, video artist, and instigator of projects. Upon receiving a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2004, he landed a job teaching art and history at the Montessori School of Lake Forest. Inspired by the collaborative and open classroom environment, Colin has continued to pursue his own art focusing on themes of repetition and discovery, while at the same time recognizing teaching as a creative process in its own right.
Colin’s work with Homeroom includes organizing the collaborative music/print collection known as Ten x Ten and programming the sporadic but always exciting YouTube Assembly series.

Fred Sasaki - Curator
Fred is an editor at Poetry and Stop Smiling, conspirator for the Dil Pickle Club, and writer living in Chicago. He also organizes the Printers’ Ball: An Annual Celebration of Print.
